Payment Methods

Payments accepted in the showroom are by direct bank transfer, or cash. 

 

Handling and overseas charges incurred via bank transfer are to be paid by the customer. Bank wires may take up to 3 business days to be received. 

 

We do not accept personal cheques or money orders.

 

Returns & Exchange 

 

Due to the bespoke nature of Eight & Diamonds service, we are not able to facilitate returns or exchange. We recommend customers to view their diamond before purchase. 

 

We take all possible steps to ensure Eight & Diamond diamonds are of the highest quality and jewellery is designed to match your specific requirements. Please view our Jewellery Design and Manufacturing information for more information on how we achieve this.
